For delivery and gig drivers
See what you actually kept.
DeliveryDeets turns what the app paid you into what you really kept, after gas, car costs and tax.
What did you really keep?
Type what the apps paid you this week and the miles you drove. See what is left after gas and tax.
Your week
Adds a kept-per-hour figure.
Adjust assumptions
A typical price, not a live one. Use what you pay.
The rate on your last dollar of income. 12% fits many part-time drivers.
Add yours if your state taxes income. Leave 0 if you are not sure.
The numbers in the boxes are examples. Replace them with yours.

- What the app paid
- $640.00
- What you kept
- $458.30
Gas, car costs and tax come out of every dollar. Most earnings screens stop at the first number. DeliveryDeets works out the second one, and shows every line so you can check it.

How it works
All figures in the pictures on this page are made up.
Snap it or type it
Take a screenshot of the summary screen your delivery app already shows. We read it and fill in the form. You check it and save. Prefer to type? That always works, and it is always free.
See what you kept
Add the miles you traveled. DeliveryDeets takes out gas and car costs if you drive a car, and the tax to set aside, then shows what is left for each dash and each week.
Check the week
Enter what the platform says it paid you for the week. We compare it with your log and tell you if something is missing.
Why people use it

The number that is actually yours
Most earnings screens stop at what you were paid. DeliveryDeets keeps going: your take-home for every dash and every week, after gas, car costs and tax.
Your logins stay yours
Other apps ask for your platform login. DeliveryDeets never does. No GPS tracking, and we do not sell your data. Screenshots are read, then thrown away.
Any platform, even your own
Pick from the built-in list or add an app we have never heard of. Drive for more than one? Keep them all in one place.
One low price
$3.99 a month or $39 a year, a fraction of what similar apps charge. Every feature is included. Nothing is held back for a higher plan.

Questions
Is my data private?
Yes. We keep what you enter and the figures read from your screenshots. The screenshot itself is read and thrown away, never stored. There is no GPS tracking and we do not sell your data. We use Google Analytics to count pages and features used, never your figures; the privacy page has the details.
Do I have to link my delivery accounts?
No. DeliveryDeets never asks for your platform login. You type in your figures, or add a screenshot you took yourself.
Which platforms does it work with?
Any of them. DoorDash, Uber Eats and Instacart are in the built-in list, and you can add any other app yourself. DeliveryDeets is not affiliated with these companies.
Is this tax advice?
No. DeliveryDeets gives estimates to help you plan and keep records. It does not file your taxes. Check with a tax professional or the IRS before you file.
What happens after the trial?
Your account moves to the free plan. You can keep logging dashes by typing, see what you kept, and export your data. Screenshot reading, spreadsheet import and the year-end tax report are part of Plus.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like. Your data stays, and you can export it.
Is there a Spanish version?
Yes. Every screen is in English and Spanish. Change the language any time from the link at the bottom of the page.
Still have questions?
